Terme of use for digital download

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the User, and InnovationQc (“we,” “our,” or “the company”), governing your access to and use of our services.
InnovationQc offers access to an exclusive subscription-based community and 3D printing files, as well as other digital content, through third-party platforms such as Patreon (hereinafter referred to as “Third-Party Platforms”).

By accessing, clicking “I Agree,” subscribing to, or using the services provided by InnovationQc, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy;

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained express authorization from your parents or legal guardians;

  • You agree to the additional terms and policies of the applicable Third-Party Platforms, such as Patreon;

  • You acknowledge that continued use of the services constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access, subscribe to, or use InnovationQc’s services.

Important: InnovationQc is not responsible for processing payments or managing user accounts — these are handled directly by the respective Third-Party Platforms.

Changes to the Terms

InnovationQc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified.

  • Notice: For significant changes, we will notify users via our platforms or by email whenever feasible.

  • User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms.

Continuing to use our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to create an account through a Third-Party Platform such as Patreon.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

  • InnovationQc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

Description of Services

InnovationQc offers:

  • Exclusive community access (forums, discussions, updates);

  • 3D printing files created and provided by InnovationQc;

  • Additional digital content (tutorials, videos, images).

Access is subject to subscription payments on Third-Party Platforms and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, without entitlement to compensation.

Payments and Billing

  • Payments are processed exclusively through Third-Party Platforms (e.g., Patreon).

  • Refund Policy: Governed by the respective Third-Party Platform’s policy; InnovationQc does not issue direct refunds.

  • Price Changes: InnovationQc reserves the right to adjust prices with prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Third-Party Platform.

  • Cancellation:

    • Stops future charges;

    • Retains service access until the end of the current billing period;

    • Does not entitle you to partial or full refunds for amounts already paid.

Commercial License

InnovationQc grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable commercial license allowing:

  • The physical printing of 3D models provided through the subscribed services;

  • The sale of physical prints, subject to compliance with all terms.

Restrictions:

  • No sharing, sublicensing, resale, or redistribution of the digital files;

  • No claiming authorship or modifying files for redistribution.

InnovationQc reserves the right to revoke the commercial license in case of misuse.

Intellectual Property

All files, images, texts, logos, and other content provided by InnovationQc are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Users only receive a limited license to use content;

  • No ownership rights are transferred;

  • Any violation may result in legal action.

Suggestions and Submissions

Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions submitted to InnovationQc become the company’s unrestricted property, with no obligation of acknowledgment or compensation.

Third-Party Materials

InnovationQc is not responsible for the services, policies, or content of Third-Party Platforms (such as Patreon).

Privacy and Data Protection

InnovationQc is committed to protecting your privacy. Your data is collected, stored, and processed according to applicable laws and the privacy policies of the Third-Party Platforms.

Suspension or Termination of Access

InnovationQc may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • Payments fail or subscriptions are not renewed;

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior is detected.

No compensation is owed in case of suspension or termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

InnovationQc services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, including:

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free service;

  • No guarantee of compatibility with all systems and equipment;

  • No guarantee of specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnovationQc disclaims liability for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption;

  • Printing failures or user misuse.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnovationQc, its employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your improper use of services or content;

  • Your sale of printed products based on InnovationQc’s files.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
Any disputes must be brought before the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.

Force Majeure

InnovationQc is not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, service outages, or government actions.

Assignment

InnovationQc may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without User consent.
Users may not transfer their rights without InnovationQc’s prior written permission.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
